Last Minute New Years Countdown Bags

I hope everyone had a Happy New Year. We were getting over the flu. So I was looking for something that was quick and easy to put together.

Something fun for Pirate and Princess. I had seen this cute idea HERE.

We had some paper lunch bags on hand and some construction paper. I had borrowed my sister's handy, dandy Cricket. Let me tell you the Cricket is so wonderful! I have to get me one! I cut out some big circles for the clock faces and some balloons on the Cricket.
Glued the construction paper on with a glue stick. Then I used a black sharpie pen and wrote in the numbers for the clock faces and the extra little details on the balloons.

I started the countdown bags at 8:00. In each bag I put a little surprises for the kids.

8:00-I put a few candy coins in the bag.
9:00-A kids movie and some popcorn.
10:00-Container of slime, for the kids to play with.
11:00-A deck of Uno Cards and a little treat.
12:00-Party hats and some party horns.
